At Hill Billy Beer Grip, we’re all about making your cold-drinkin’, party-startin’ moments unforgettable. But if something goes sideways with your order, we’ve got your back—just like a good grip should.
Returns
You may return most unused, unopened items within 10 days of delivery.

- The item must be in its original condition (unused, in original packaging)
- You must provide proof of purchase (order number or confirmation email)
- A return request must be submitted to colemanward@me.com prior to sending the product back
Non-Returnable Items:
- Clearance or final sale items
- Used or damaged products
- Any items returned without prior authorization
Restocking Fee
All approved returns are subject to a $10 restocking fee, deducted from your refund amount.
How to Return
- Email colemanward@me.com with your order number and reason for return
- Wait for return authorization and instructions
- Ship the product back using your preferred carrier
- Once received and inspected, we’ll issue your refund (minus restocking fee)
Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item was incorrect or defective.
Refunds
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 4-7 business days after return approval
- If your payment method is no longer active, we’ll issue store credit instead
Exchanges
If you want to swap your item for the same one (e.g., wrong color or variation), contact us first at colemanward@me.com to confirm availability.
Damaged or Wrong Items
If you received the wrong product or your order arrived damaged, email us within 7 days of delivery at colemanward@me.com. We’ll make it right.
